Graduate students:

Apply to the Robotics PhD or MS program through MIME admissions. Students should identify one or more prospective advisors from the robotics faculty page to note on their application. If you are currently a graduate student at OSU, you should contact the robotics faculty members directly.

Undergraduate students:

Apply through Oregon State University admissions, most likely in MIME or EECS. If you are currently an undergraduate student at OSU, we recommend you start taking robotics courses and join the Robotics Club as a way to get involved.  We also have an NSF REU site Robots in the Real World.

Postdoctoral scholars:

There are currently no positions available. Please check back periodically; positions will also be announced on the robotics-worldwide mailing list.

Faculty positions:

We currently have an opening for a tenure-track position in robotics, with an application deadline of 30 November 2017.  The rank (assistant, associate, full professor), and area of robotics is open.  The position will be in either Electrical Engineering and Computer Science or Mechanical, Industrial, and Manufacturing Engineering, depending on the background of the successful candidate.  As in the past, candidates will be asked to submit a letter of interest; vita; a two-page statement of research interests; a one-page statement of teaching interests; a one-page statement on past efforts and future plans to promote equity and inclusion; and names and contact information for at least three references.
